Ulster Carpets have a new opportunity for a Maintenance & Facilities Graduate to join the company.
Family-owned and run for over 80 years, Ulster Carpets have a reputation as a reputable employer, with the average length of service of employees standing at almost 20 years.
Many current staff initially joined the company through Ulster’s own graduate programme and also via the Graduate to Export programme with Invest NI.
The Maintenance & Facilities Graduate will coordinate and facilitate maintenance activities to ensure high standards of safety and service for buildings and equipment to include all manufacturing machinery, FLT fleet and handling equipment.
They will also be engaged and developed in a wide range of activities across Operations such as building, machine & equipment maintenance, maintenance contracts, contractor management, capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
