Entries open for Belfast Telegraph IT Awards as they return for a third year

Entries are now open for the 2022 Belfast Telegraph IT Awards, with Telefónica Tech UK&I serving as chief sponsor for the second year in a row.

The ceremony will take place in the Mac in Belfast on November 11 and is to be hosted by comedian Neil Delamere.

Four new categories have been added to the list of 16: IT Services Company of the Year, Development Team of the Year, DevOps Engineer of the Year and Public Sector Project of the Year.

We are also pleased to announce that Noel Brady, managing director and founder of Consult Nb1, will be the chairman of the awards judging panel.

Mr Brady said: “I am honoured to have been asked by the Belfast Telegraph to chair their IT Awards.

“I am very excited about the new structure of the awards and the addition of some new categories.

“This gives a chance to all types and sizes of ICT companies and their staff to win an award for some of the tremendous work that has taken place in the industry in Northern Ireland this year.
