4c Executive search has been recognised in the Financial Times UK Leading Recruiters 2024 special report. The report, the first of its kind, has been produced by the Financial Times and German data provider Statista. The list has been created through recommendations from clients and peers of the organisations included.
A total of 154 companies were rated in 13 categories with 4c Executive as the only privately owned, Northern Irish company making the cut. A sample size of 7,000 peers across the UK were invited to make recommendations with an additional 1,500 HR Specialists and candidates who have used recruitment services, participating in an online survey. Recognition was given to organisations who received an above average recommendation within their sector, with 4c Executive represented in the executive search summary.
4c was founded in 2013 by Gary Irvine, former owner of Diamond Recruitment Group DRG. Gary recognised the need for C-suite and director level executive search to support leaders of organisations across the province in delivering their business ambitions, future proofing their offering and putting Northern Ireland on the map as a centre of excellence for commerce and industry. Now in its tenth year of business, 4c executive and its partner search division, 7twenty Professional Search, have delivered over 600 assignments with a fill success rate of 92% against an industry standard of 52%.
Gordon Carson, 4c MD said “Since 2013, 4c has provided true executive search and exceptional service to clients of all size and across a broad range of industry sectors in NI. The team and I are extremely proud to top this list which reinforces our position as NI’s leading Executive Search firm and as experts in search.”
