About Helen Quinn

Helen Quinn is a qualified life coach, positive intelligence coach, teacher, trainer and careers adviser with over 20 years’ experience in education and guidance roles. Helen helps people to believe in themselves, to gain insights to empower them to make changes or improvements in their lives, to deal with issues that might be holding them back, and to identify and work towards achieving their goals.

With a passion for helping people, Helen chose to work in roles where she could help, support, motivate, mentor, educate and encourage others. Having worked as a teacher in Northern Ireland, she also taught in Zimbabwe for years.

As a certified positive intelligence coach, Helen will teach you very simple and quick-to-use techniques to silence your inner critic and access your positive emotions on a daily basis, thereby increasing your PQ and empowering you to make positive lasting changes in your life.

As a trainer, she designs and delivers a range of courses in the areas of wellbeing and self-development. Working with energy, commitment and enthusiasm, she creates a safe environment where real learning can take place and harnesses the synergy of the group to help each other to learn and grow.
