NI Chamber and Bank of Ireland UK invite all those working in R&D, innovation and product development roles to start their day with a Business Breakfast on Friday 1 December in Titanic Hotel, Belfast.
The event is designed to inspire business in all sectors to critique existing ways of working, crystalise new ideas and start evolving in a way which makes them relevant, leading-edge and sustainable.
A panel of experts will cover:
- Innovation and commercial success
- Resourcing ideas
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement
- Bringing new products and services to market
- Integrating innovation in recruitment, marketing and sales
Patrick McIlveen, Innovation Lead at Catalyst will discuss how businesses can set an innovative vision and collaborate in an open, inclusive way to deliver it.
This will be followed by a discussion panel featuring Thomas Kelly, Director of Operations at Ionic Technologies, Liam O’Connor, Sales and Marketing Director at Biopax and Andrew Dennis, Executive Director of Product Management at Andor Technology Ltd who will share practical experiences of innovating to survive and grow. The panel will be hosted by BBC Northern Ireland’s Economics and Business Editor, John Campbell.
Attendees will have the opportunity to join the discussion and make connections with others working in similar roles.
