The Future of Skills Series aims to address the skills-related challenges facing NI businesses. This series is of relevance to anyone involved in business strategy, workforce planning, recruitment and staff training/development.
The aim of this roundtable event will be for the Northern Ireland Skills Council to share its goals and objectives with NI Chamber members, outlining the challenges that it is facing regarding access to skills and the availability of labour, and to highlight any employer led solutions that can help enable the Skills Strategy for Northern Ireland.
NI Chamber will also outline its draft action for 2024 in respect of people and skills following the success of its inaugural Future Workforce Summit last month.
