You are invited to join us on Thursday 21st September from 2pm to 5pm to visit CAN at Lislagan Farm in Ballymoney. This fantastic social enterprise will be showcasing their premises and promoting the current activities they have to offer.
The Lislagan Farm spans 11-acres and is an inclusive, safe space, located in a mature landscape with nature trails, an orchard, polytunnels growing flowers/vegetable produce and a variety of poultry and small animals.
The site enables adults and children with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues to avail of friendship opportunities, health & wellbeing initiatives and therapeutic interventions.
In addition to the therapeutic and well-being elements, the site also accommodates the provision of an expanded training programme to provide participants with the soft skills, health and safety at work.
This is a great opportunity to see this local social enterprise in action, hear their story and chat to the team there. It will be an informal networking event, so please come along relax, eat some food, and enjoy meeting other social enterprise leaders.
