This online workshop will focus on business development and sales techniques to support winning business now and in the future and aims to provide local SMEs with practical tools which can be employed within their business. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from leading designer and manufacturer Bloc Blinds, a global selling company whose sales strategy has been a cornerstone of its business growth. Together, the speakers will share insights, impacts and lessons learnt to date on approaches to selling effectively within the current Covid environment.
Cormac Diamond is the Founder and Managing Director of Bloc Blinds, a leading manufacturer based in Magherafelt. He will share how a focus on sales has driven their business growth and, more recently how they have adjusted their sales strategy to react to Covid and source new customers.
Aidan McGrath is an experienced trainer with a wealth of commercial experience. He has particular strengths in sales, sales management, business development, and entrepreneurship. He will take delegates on a technical walk-through of relevant sales strategies considering lead generation, perfecting your value proposition and how to effectively connect with customers in a Covid environment.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and troubleshoot sales problems with our expert, company speaker and other companies in attendance. This workshop will provide practical takeaways to enhance your selling strategies during these challenging times.
