Complaints

Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry value your feedback and work hard to resolve any complaints that we receive as quickly as possible.

We maintain a complaints register and any complaints received are logged onto this register.

Complaints can be made in the following ways:

  • Verbal, by talking to a member of staff face-to-face or by calling 02890 244113.
  • In writing to Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 40 Linenhall Street, Belfast, BT2 8BA or email mail@northernirelandchamber.com

Where possible, NI Chamber will aim to resolve all complaints received within 10 days from receipt of the complaint.
