Stuart Anderson

Stuart leads NI Chamber’s direct interactions with politicians, helping to shape the legislative agenda and supporting elected representatives to create the right conditions for business and economic growth. He works directly with NI Chamber members in all sectors, identifying their challenges and bringing forward their ideas as part of a collaborative approach between industry and policy makers in Belfast, Westminster, Dublin, Brussels and further afield.
In 2024, Stuart established a Memorandum of Understanding between NI Chamber and North Carolina Chamber in the United States to promote trade links and knowledge exchange between the two jurisdictions.
A qualified lawyer, Stuart was appointed Convenor of the Northern Ireland Business Stakeholders Group on the Windsor Framework established by the UK Government in 2025. He also previously served on the UK Trade and Business Commission and the Independent Regional Planning Commission.
