We recently carried out a survey of employers who employ disabled people and who we currently support through our Workable NI programme. Almost 86% told us that they are more likely to consider Workable NI as a way to retain or recruit a disabled person.
We originally had two candidates and due to the success (of Workable NI) we have now four candidates,” said one employer.
