Women in Business is calling on businesswomen across Northern Ireland to submit their entries for its landmark 10th annual awards ahead of the deadline date of Monday 31st January, 2022.

The 2022 Women in Business Awards will celebrate the fantastic accomplishments of local businesswomen at a gala evening hosted by Pamela Ballantine at Belfast’s Crowne Plaza Hotel on Thursday 10th March, where business leaders from all sectors will come together to acknowledge, reward and celebrate the very best in home-grown talent.

Sponsored by Virgin Media Business for the fourth consecutive year, the annual Awards event will recognise businesswomen, female entrepreneurs, business leaders and senior managers from a diverse range of disciplines through 12 awards categories at the only ceremony of its kind in Northern Ireland.

The past nine years have seen winners from a wide range of sectors, including tourism, media, technology and the public sector, and the 10th Women in Business Awards will recognise the massive contribution women have made to the Northern Ireland business community over the past decade.

Women in Business Chief Executive, Roseann Kelly, commented: “We are a business community who strongly believe in highlighting the amazing talents of businesswomen locally, inspiring women to achieve greater success. Northern Ireland boasts an incredibly talented pool of hard-working and motivated female leaders, and our business awards is an exciting opportunity to showcase these individuals as role models for the next generation.

“With record awards attendance expected, I would warmly encourage women across the country to get nominating on behalf of themselves or a colleague before the 12 noon deadline on Monday 31st January.”

The 2022 ceremony boasts a number of prestigious sponsors, including title sponsor Virgin Media Business, media partner The Irish News, along with category sponsors Danske Bank, Queens University Belfast, AIB, Citi, Go For It, Version 1, Honeycomb and Kaizen Print.

All finalists will join the Women in Business Award Finalist Alumnae of nearly 300 women which offers the opportunity to network and engage with like-minded business women, enhancing both personal and professional development.

Entries remain open until 12 noon on Monday, 31st January. For a full list of award categories, entry forms, and to book a ticket for March’s event, visit www.womeninbusinessni.com
