Wilson Nesbitt Conveyancing team win Gold at the ESTAS Awards

The ESTAS are the biggest customer feedback platform and award scheme for property professionals across Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK. The Awards are particularly unique in that they are entirely powered by customer reviews; shortlisted teams and winners are determined by reviews and scores from customers, who have experienced, and were impressed by their service. The mission is to highlight great service provided by firms involved right across the UK and Northern Irish residential property sector.
Last year over 45,000 customers visited the ESTAS website to submit their feedback on the service they had received, and it was the great reviews left by clients of Wilson Nesbitt that led them to two gold awards for service excellence on the night.

The TV property expert also went on to acknowledge the huge challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, saying:

Quite simply delivering great service has never been more challenging so The ESTAS Awards for 2021 are the most well deserved ever in their entire 18 year history.”
