Alister Bell – Visitor Services Operations Manager

Alister joins Visit Belfast as Visitor Services Operations Manager, with over 20 years’ experience in operational and events management for a number of Local Authorities in leisure, theatres, arts and culture, most recently at The Gobbins Cliff Walk. Alister will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Visit Belfast Welcome Centre, Cruise Welcome Terminal and visitor information points at George Best Belfast City Airport and Belfast International Airport.

Robyn Osborne – Web & Digital Marketing Manager

As Web & Digital Marketing Manager, Robyn will be responsible for Visit Belfast’s website development, social media account management, email marketing communications and other digital projects. Graduating from John Moore’s University Liverpool in English Literature and Media Studies, Robyn has over 8 years of digital marketing experience within the UK and Ireland. She joins Visit Belfast from AV Browne Group where she managed and delivered website design & development and digital projects for accounts such as Game of Thrones Studio tour, The Gobbins, Mid & East Antrim Borough Council and Kerry Group.

Amy Hunter – PR & Communications Manager

Amy joins as PR & Communications Manager and is responsible for the development, implementation, management and evaluation of PR, content and Visit Belfast’s communications strategy. She joins Visit Belfast from a London based Creative Marketing agency where she managed award-winning campaigns and PR strategies for clients including BT & EE, F1, BT Sport, Beats by Dre, Lucozade, Sports Direct and the FA.

Jayne O’Neile – Visitor Services Project Manager

With over 25 years’ experience in the travel and tourism sector in both Australia and Ireland,  including six years in Sydney with Flight Centres International, and spells with Tour Operators Chieftain and Maple Leaf Tours in Northern Ireland, Jayne most recently worked for Tourism Northern Ireland. During her thirteen years with TNI, Jayne managed the NI Visitor Information Centre Network and worked closely with stakeholders including Local Authorities and airports to improve the in-destination visitor experience. Jayne joins Visit Belfast as Visitor Services Project Manager.
