UK law firm TLT has launched a new HR consulting service to help organisations develop talent and manage new workforce opportunities to achieve their strategic goals.

Our specialist HR consultants work alongside an organisation’s HR team to design and implement strategic projects and help organisations unlock their potential and achieve their key people objectives.  Our consultants can support our clients to deliver change and manage risks in the context of redundancies, restructures and TUPE and can carry out investigations into sensitive HR topics such as grievances and whistleblowing. We provide extra HR resource when needed and add expertise and experience in tricky areas such as industrial relations.  The HR consulting service can be combined with TLT’s leading employment law expertise, as required.

Stuart McBride, head of employment said:For most organisations, over the next few years their people strategies will need to address a host of new opportunities and challenges, including how to deliver complex and often sensitive people projects and, how to make meaningful progress with well-being commitments while continuing to deliver performance and the imperative of increased inclusivity.  Our expert HR consultants bring insights and experience across industries to help organisations unlock their potential and achieve their people ambitions. These HR capabilities are backed by our existing employment law expertise to put us in the best position to help HR teams manage and deliver complex and challenging HR projects.”

John Wood, TLT managing partner added: “The launch of our HR consulting service complements our national employment team to help us meet our clients’ complex HR needs.  Alongside our Legal Transformation and Data Privacy consulting services, it’s another step to think beyond legal and provide the broad range of expertise our clients need to keep a step ahead and be ready for what comes next.”
