Webinar: The Benefits of Flexible Working for STEM businesses / Wednesday 2 February 2022, 11am – 12noon – REGISTER NOW
The webinar will focus on the law and the business case for flexible working in helping to recruit and retain women in STEM. The session will include speakers from local employer, Exploristics, on the benefits of flexible working practices for both the individual and the organisation.
Webinar: Positive Action to Encourage Women in STEM / Wednesday 30 March 2022, 11am – 12noon – REGISTER NOW
This webinar will focus on sex equality law and the positive action measures employers can take to encourage women into STEM. Speakers from Liberty IT and Translink will give examples of how positive action has been used to encourage women to apply for jobs and training opportunities within their businesses.
