On Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 May, the Square Box Training leadership programme in association with Ulster Rugby will be hosted at Kingspan Stadium.

With strong leadership vital to success in both a sporting and business context, Ulster Rugby can announce that it will partner with Square Box Training, a local company with over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering leadership development solutions, for a unique two-day programme.

The in-person training will feature speakers from Ulster Rugby sharing their personal stories, alongside behind-the-scenes access to professional team training and exclusive Q&A sessions, to allow delegates to develop their own bespoke leadership toolkit.

Harry Harpur, founder at Square Box Training Consultancy:

“I’m delighted and really excited to get this programme going. Having worked with both Business and High-Performance Sports, we know there are so many crossover learnings. To be in partnership with Ulster and have access to experts and delivered in a great environment we know delegates will gain invaluable knowledge. “

Ulster Rugby CEO, Jonny Petrie, added:

“Leadership in a rugby environment and within a corporate context has many similarities and transferrable skills, so we are looking forward to sharing our experience in both industries with the delegates that attend the upcoming Square Box Training programme at the home of Ulster Rugby.

“We are confident in our new partner, given their previous work with other sporting organisations including Premiership football clubs, Team GB and the IRFU, and their ability to deliver a high-quality programme that will be suited to each of the leaders in attendance.”
