Set Sail for High Seas Panto Adventure at SERC

You’re invited to cast your whole family away at the eagerly awaited SERC production of Robinson Crusoe – The Swashbuckling Panto Adventure, 3 – 12 December, SERC Space Theatre, Castle Park Road, Bangor.

Corrine Courtney-Lee, Deputy Head of School of Performing and Creative Arts said, “For anyone who has not been to a SERC Panto, this year it really will be a case of ‘miss it at your peril’! Our production of Robinson Crusoe – The Swashbuckling Panto Adventure, promises to provide that all essential festive start to the holiday period for the whole family.”

 

She added, “The production involves our HND Performing Arts students, who form the main cast, accompanied by the musical talents of HND Music students, with Level 3 Performing Arts students providing that all important backstage crew and front of house team, in what promises to be a magical performance which is sure to lift everyone’s spirits.”

 

Ticket holders can expect to meet our hero, Robinson Crusoe living with his old mother Dame Crusoe, his washed-up father, Captain Crusoe and his silly billy brother Sprat. in a fast action caper, which takes you from the family fish ‘n’ chip shop to the high seas, terrorised by the evil Captain Blacktashe, in his search for the treasure.
