PropertyPal, the leading online property portal in Northern Ireland, has announced the shortlist of its inaugural ‘PropertyPal Awards’.
Taking place on 10th November, the event will showcase and celebrate industry excellence from across the Northern Ireland property sector and will be hosted by local comedian Shane Todd.
Due to exceptional demand for tickets, the venue for the night will now be the Titanic Exhibition Centre. Home of one of the largest event spaces in Northern Ireland, the venue has been chosen to allow even more guests to attend and join in with the celebrations.
In the Residential Estate Agency of the Year (Multi branch) category, the finalists are:

- John Minnis Estate Agents

- Simon Brien Residential
The shortlist for Development Company of the Year is:
- Strand Homes
- Hagan Homes
- Boconnell Properties
- Lotus Homes
- Steadland Homes
- Fraser Millar Homes
And shortlisted hopefuls for Property Professional of the Year is:
- Carolyn Brady – Rider Levett Bucknall
- Pauline Elliott – Pauline Elliott Estate Agents
- Fiona McFall – Homes Independent
- Richard Lavery – Phantom
- Victoria Patterson – Mayfair Group

Award categories were across several business areas including corporate social responsibility, green initiatives, property development, sales and lettings agents, and many more.
The submissions were scrutinised by an independent expert panel of judges from the property sector.
