NI Water sails to success at the CIPDNI HR 2023 Awards!

It was a double win for NI Water at the highly coveted Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) NI Awards which took place at The Titanic Hotel in Belfast recently.

NI Water was crowned winner of the Most Impactful Health and Wellbeing at Work award at the glittering award ceremony which was attended by 350 delegates and hosted by actress and presenter Denise Van Outen.

NI Water also scooped the CIPD NI’s Highly Commended award for the Best Resourcing and Talent Strategy category.
The CIPD Awards in Northern Ireland are the most prestigious and highly regarded awards for the Human Resources (HR) profession in Northern Ireland. The awards celebrate the contribution of people professionals to the success of public and private sector organisations in Northern Ireland.

The awards were collected by NI Water health and wellbeing manager Alison Sweeney, NI Water group compensation manager Tom Clarke and and NI Water recruitment specialist Claire Hanna. These two awards add to NI Water’s impressive catalogue of wins and growing notoriety as one of Northern Ireland’s best employers. Paula Graham, Head of Culture, Engagement & Learning said: “We are just delighted to pick up both these awards in what is two very highly contested categories.
