New Purpose-Built Premises Signals Expansion and Growth

After months of planning and construction, we are set to occupy the new 18,000ft2 premises at the end of the summer 2023. The decision was made after we started to outgrow our current premises. We also wanted to further develop our products. The new state-of-the-art workshop, testing lab and offices will provide ample space for us to grow.

The construction of the new premises began in late November 2022, and the internal fit-out is set to begin in May. The new facility will feature a state-of-the-art laboratory for jar testing, which helps us analyse and identify the best and most cost-effective treatments for our customer’s trade effluent. We will also have the capability to build control panels in-house, which will allow us to offer more comprehensive and bespoke solutions to our clients.
Our move to the new premises is a significant milestone for the company. With an increasing demand for our equipment and services, the expansion will enable us to increase our staff and capabilities. The new facility’s location in the Carnbane Industrial Estate provides easy access to Dublin and Belfast, so we will be located amongst some very innovative companies.
Our Managing Director, Adam Mackin says, “We are very excited to finally see our plans become a reality. We have ambitious growth plans for the company and the new premises highlights our commitment to provide the best possible water treatment solutions to our clients. Having larger, custom-built facilities means we can focus even more on innovation and we can bring more manufacturing in-house, such as our control panels. Due to an increasing number of enquiries, we are also eager to add more staff to help cope with the extra workload. It’s great to know we will have plenty of office space to accommodate them! This new facility certainly positions us for long-term success.”
