On Wednesday 7 June TLT partnered with Diversity Mark delivering a menopause seminar for their signatories in TLT’s Belfast office.
They were joined by Stephanie Reid, Menopause Expert Speaker representative for NI and ROI, presenting on the importance of Menopause in the Workplace, alongside Helen Smyth, Employment Relations Manager at Labour Relations Agency to talk about their guide for employers on promoting equality in the employment for women suffering from the menopause, and Paula Dougan, Athena Swan Project Manager at Queens University Belfast who shared some information about the university’s development of guidance to support its staff through menopause.
TLT Partner, Louise Chopra discussed the journey and changes that TLT has implemented to support women at critical life stages including the menopause and other reproductive health issues.
