Operate, which has its HQ at Merchant Square in Belfast city centre, is PwC’s business dedicated to serving clients with their operational needs, with a headcount of 2,700. Operate meets the needs of clients of all sizes that are looking for managed services, such as ongoing regulatory compliance, cyber security and business transformation.

Kieragh has been with PwC since 2018, with 25 years of experience in complex operational environments across engineering, energy and financial services industries in the UK, Ireland and India.

Her new role will involve growing the business by focusing on clients and markets, with a particular focus on managed services. She is Operate’s third partner.

Kieragh commented:

Last year, Operate hired a second partner, Alex Wilson, who is the business’ chief operating officer.
