ITS is Recruiting Training Co-ordinators, Client Advisors & Marketing Professionals for Portadown HQ

Due to significant growth across Ireland and expansion of the range of courses offered, health and safety training specialists, Industry Training Services (ITS) is currently advertising a number of vacancies within its Sales and Marketing departments.
The roles include a Marketing Executive, 2 Client Advisors, 3 Training Co-ordinators and a and Marketing Assistant/Placement Student (1 year contract).
Client Advisor X 2 (Full-time, Permanent)
The Client Advisor will work closely with customers to assess their requirements and identify the most suitable training courses for their employees. They will work with clients to agree the terms of business, process bookings, and maintain the CRM database with up to date details. The Client Advisor is also a key point of contact internally, working with other teams to ensure information is shared and activity is aligned with ITS’s overall business objectives. Training Co-ordinators X 3 (Full-time, Permanent)
Our Training Co-ordinators are responsible for everything that happens between a booking and the candidate receiving their certifications. This includes handling calls, emails, and face to face communications, preparing training schedules and maintaining our CRM system. Our Training Co-ordinators also liaise with trainers to produce course delivery plans, ensure that all rooms are set-up with the necessary equipment and paperwork, and engage with awarding bodies to process applications and certifications. Marketing Executive X 1 (Full-time, permanent)
The Marketing Executive will take the lead in managing the roll-out of all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about all things marketing, from creating visually engaging content for ITS’s social channels and email campaigns, to assisting with more analytical and technical projects like optimising the website for search engines, improving booking processes, and reporting on the performance of marketing activity and campaigns. Marketing Assistant/Placement Student (1 year contract)
Key duties of this role include updating the company website, assisting the team to plan and deliver social media content, e-newsletter communications, and production of print and electronic marketing materials. This role is ideal for an undergraduate placement student, or anyone starting out on their career in marketing. More details on the role
ITS was founded in 2000 and is one of the largest training providers in Ireland serving the construction, engineering, utilities, and manufacturing sectors, to name a few. Over the last two years, ITS has extended the facilities at its headquarters, outside Portadown, with the addition of new equipment and training rooms on the 12 acre site. ITS has also established a Dublin office. The new team members will be instrumental in the promotion and delivery of ITS’s training courses and management of enquiries and customer relationships.
Currently employing 12 full-time members of staff, ITS’s growth plans will see this number increase significantly over the next few years, with further roles to be developed in addition to the current advertised vacancies.
