The Skills Academy has been set up in Ballymena with funding from The Gallaher Trust and with assistance and support from (MEABC’s) Manufacturing Task Force. The Academy, will see 20 individuals from the wider Ballymena community attend a five-week programme delivered by NRC, This will aid to boost their skills and help secure potential employment with local manufacturing companies.

*Health and safety regulations
*Inspection and quality assurance principles
*LEAN manufacturing techniques
