Eakin Healthcare officially named a “Great Place to Work”!

The international medical devices business, headquartered in Northern Ireland, has been successfully certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ following a survey of its over 700 employees.

The survey, conducted by the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work®, used rigorous, data-driven methodology and validated employee feedback to determine that Eakin Healthcare has made the grade.

Gillian McAuley, Chief People Officer at Eakin Healthcare, commented on the achievement,

“This is an incredible achievement for any organisation, especially as it’s the first time completing the survey and something for us to be really proud of. It means a lot that our colleagues have reported a consistently positive experience with their peers, their leaders and their jobs. In fact, 84% of colleagues said that they are proud to work here.
