The Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Centre (AMIC) is running the Digital Factory Accelerator program in conjunction with the High Value Manufacturing Catapult (HVMC) offering industry the opportunity to undertaking a Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) assessment; SIRI is endorsed by the World Economic Forum as the best practice framework to support manufacturing companies to start, scale and sustain their digital transformation journey. Companies get an evaluation of their current state, education on what is possible for their sector and a bespoke roadmap outlining what they should focus on to achieve the specific objectives.

There are still a few places left in the pilot which is being offered at a discounted rate of £1000 (80% saving) for eligible companies. It is intended that the pilot program will complete in March 2024.

First steps include an initial meeting, via Microsoft Teams (45mins) with LMAC Consulting. If agreeable, arrangements will then be made to prepare for the onsite two-day assessment.
