Commercial law firm, Cleaver Fulton Rankin, has expanded its Corporate & Commercial team with the appointment of two solicitors.
The Corporate & Commercial team has hired Solicitor, Emma Coey, and recently promoted Adele Patterson to Solicitor within the team, who successfully completed the Trainee Solicitor Programme at Cleaver Fulton Rankin. Emma and Adele will add further expertise and support to the specialist team, which is led by Head of Corporate & Commercial, Paul McBride.
Paul is joined by Director, Stuart Sproule, adding strength and depth to the team. With a strong reputation in the legal sector, Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s Corporate & Commercial team continue to advise on high value transactions and corporate advisory matters across a range of sectors. This marks an exciting chapter ahead for the team, as it continues to grow and build on providing leading advice to its clients.
The team has recently been recognised in UK Legal Directories, Chambers and The Legal 500, with department head, Paul McBride, recognised in The Legal 500 Hall of Fame in Corporate & Commercial for his continued excellence.
