Belfast Live brings back parenting podcast ‘Is This Normal?’ for a second series and is available for sponsorship

Belfast Live is recording a second series of its parenting podcast ‘Is This Normal?’ with a brand new co-host joining original host, Sheena McStravick.
The Belfast Live colleagues – and mums – will record seven episodes for series two of the podcast which, given the theme of the show, will now sit under Belfast Live’s new lifestyle sub-brand Be. The first series racked up over 3.3k listens and there is an opportunity for a brand to come on board as a sponsor for the new series.
Chatting to experts about everything from pregnancy in the pandemic, first aid and playtime development to sleep advice and breastfeeding, Sheena and Sarah will discuss topics that most parents can relate to and also share their own real-life experiences of parenthood along the way.
In the first episode out now, Erica Hargaden, a paediatric sleep consultant with her private practice Babogue, gives some much-needed guidance around sleep for babies right through to toddler age.
Sheena, Editor of Be and mum to three-year-old Dáire said: “I’m so excited for the return of our parenting podcast. As parents, we are all too familiar with those nights lying awake worrying about everything from sleeping patterns to screen time and everything in between.

New co-host Sarah, who is also Belfast Live Deputy Editor and mum to 19-month-old Theo added: “I’m really excited to join Sheena for this brilliant podcast. We’ve had plenty of chats about the ups and downs of becoming a parent, so it was super to get some great tips and advice from the experts when it comes to all things sleep, play, fussy eaters and more.
