Sustainability Resource Matching Workshop At Wrightbus

This FREE event, in partnership with Invest Northern Ireland, will be held at Wrightbus. 201 Galgorm Rd, Ballymena BT42 1SA, United Kingdom

Registration will be from 9.00 with the Resource Matching session until 1:00pm

 

These sessions allow NI businesses to present their “haves” and “wants” in resources – i.e what waste materials they have which are currently sent to landfill, and/or what materials they could make use of which others may be discarding.

 

Resources can be anything from cardboard, wood pallets, plastics, through to food and garden waste or training opportunities on offer.

 

ISNI practitioners will help to see if any matches can be made during the workshop, and also follow up with each company afterwards to discuss any potential matches from our extensive resource matching database.

 

This process, called industrial symbiosis, reduces waste going to landfill, boosting a company’s carbon credentials, supporting the Northern Ireland green economy, and providing cost savings for all involved.
