This 1 Day Mental Health First Aid course qualifies you as a MHFA first aider covering:

• Content and theory of the MH first aider
• Expands on the impact of Mental Health Challenges
• Includes First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan
• Identifies positive mental health culture can be supported within a workplace and life.

As a MHFAider you will be able to recognise those that may be experiencing poor mental health and provide them with first-level support and early intervention. Giving you the competence and competence to support those in the moment of need.
