AWARE NI Sea Splash (TWO VENUES with TWO DATES)

Event Description

Join AWARE NI on Sunday, 10 September or Sunday, 08 October (or both!!!) to make a splash and raise vital funds and awareness for mental health in NI!

Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer…or more of a toe dipper, take on the challenge to mark these two important mental health awareness days and help us continue supporting those living with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.

• Benone Strand Limavady – Sunday, 10 September 2023 (WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY)
• Ballyholme Beach, Bangor – Sunday, 08 October 2023 (marking WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY)

Time:

• Registration opens at 9:45 am.
• Sea dip commences at 10:30 am

Registration fee: £12.50 (includes AWARE NI t-shirt)

Sponsorship: Minimum £50 per person
