NI Chamber and Encirc invite you to a business networking and leadership event on Tuesday 12 September at Lough Erne Resort, Enniskillen.
Local experts will share their experiences of building diverse, dynamic and inclusive workforces which increase productivity, enhance collaboration and inspire future leaders.
Helen Rose, Head of Service Delivery at Encirc will discuss her career journey and detail the core values which underpin Encirc’s socially and environmentally conscious approach. The Chair of the company’s Women in Manufacturing Committee, Helen will also discuss her passion for attracting high-potential young females into the sector. She will be joined by Fiacre O’Donnell, Sustainability Director at Encirc’s parent company, Vidrala, who will share how a commitment to gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls contributes to corporate sustainability.
Attendees will also learn about pathways and programmes for success from Celine McCartan MBE, Chief Executive of South West College and Aisling Press, Managing Director of Personal Banking at Danske Bank and Board Member for SistersIN.
