As the Department for the Economy (DfE) works on a new skills strategy, NI Chamber has launched the Future of Skills campaign to ensure the voice of our members is heard. We will be running a series of regional sessions, engaging businesses across the country to discuss and inform the strategy, covering:
What are the main skills-related challenges facing businesses?
What are businesses already doing in order to tackle the skills shortage?
What more can be done?
This virtual roundtable will host FinTrU, Neueda and Devenish Nutrition who will share how they have dealt with the skills gap in Northern Ireland, to position themselves as market leaders in their industry.
This event provides the opportunity for businesses to share, learn and connect with other businesses experiencing similar challenges, discuss solutions and make an impact on the Skills Strategy for NI.
