NI Chamber and Bank of Ireland invite all those working in HR and people roles to start their day with a Business Breakfast on Friday 24 February in Galgorm Resort & Spa.

Companies from two different sectors will share how attracting and retaining talent has become a key focus for their organisations and how they have responded to a shift in what employee’s value in the workplace. They will share how to create positive and productive work environments that inspire loyalty within their teams.

Ruth Cunningham, Head of HR at Smarts, is a strategic and passionate HR professional with over 16 years’ experience in global HR. Smarts is a PR and content agency that has doubled in size and turnover in the last 2 years. Ruth will share how the company has looked beyond salary to reward staff and inspire loyalty as well as considering regional differences of staff.

Sinead Carville, Chief Administrative Officer at FinTrU, has over 16 years’ experience in operational and senior HR leadership roles within retail, technology, and financial services. FinTrU is a multi-award-winning technologically enabled Regulatory Solutions company employing over 1,000 people worldwide. Sinead will discuss how the group takes an innovative approach to providing benefits that support their employee’s life stage and offer international and sabbatical opportunities to enhance the work experience.
