NI Chamber and AIB invite you to a Successful Sustainability event on Friday 2 June at The MAC, Belfast.

The event will focus on the ‘circular-economy,’ outlining how and why NI businesses must move towards a model which sees them become less resource intensive through the redesign and reuse of materials and products.

A circular economy isn’t only about fixing environmental wrongs, it presents big opportunities. Attendees at this event will learn about the opportunities and get help to implement practical solutions within their organisations.

Ben Craig, Acting NI Director at International Synergies will discuss what a circular economy means practically, including overcoming potential barriers and advice for businesses who need to get started.

Sally O’Kane, Head of Compliance & Sustainability at Frylite Solutions, will outline the steps Frylite has taken to implement the model within an established business. She will also discuss the fundamentals of its ESG strategy, including the importance of sustainability in the context of social, governance, profitability and innovation.

Delegates will have the opportunity to network with other attendees, share lessons and discuss their own sustainability journey. They will also be signposted to practical resources and tools to support the planning and execution of their circular economy strategy.

Who is this event for?

Business Owners, SMEs, Sustainability Managers, Finance Directors and Managers.
