Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NI Chamber) will be held on Friday 31 May 2024 at 11.00-12.00pm in Custom House Square, Belfast to transact the following business:

1.0      To consider the Annual Report of the Board and the Statement of Accounts for the Year Ended 31 December 2023.

2.0      To update the NI Chamber Memorandums & Articles of Association (M&As)

3.0       To elect:

3.1      Members of the Board

3.2       The President for the ensuing year

3.3      Vice-President for the ensuing year

3.4       Members of the Council

4.0       To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year.

5.0       To appoint the Honorary Treasurer & Company Secretary.

6.0       To consider and transact any other such business as may be relevant in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
