Annual General Meeting Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NI Chamber) will be held on Wednesday 13 June 2018 at 10.30am in the Titanic Hotel, Belfast to transact the following business:
1.0 To consider the Annual Report of the Board and the Statement of Accounts for the Year Ended 31 December 2017.
2.0 To elect: Paper 1
2.1 The President for the ensuing year
2.2 The Vice-President for the ensuing year
2.3 Members of Council
2.4 Members of the Board
3.0 To appoint as Auditors for the ensuing year.
4.0 To appoint the Honorary Treasurer & Company Secretary.
5.0 To consider and transact any other such business as may be relevant in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
