NI Chamber invites you to join the upcoming International Collaborative Forum taking place on Wednesday 4 May 2022. Attendees can join in-person at The MAC, Belfast. The event will focus on how to effectively manage an international workforce and the heightened role that cyber security plays.

The event will host Gary Annett, CEO at MJM Marine, a local award-winning company specialising in global marine outfitting. With 300 employees in 3 offices across Europe, Gary will provide insight into MJM Marine’s approach to managing a global workforce. This international collaborative forum is hosted in partnership with NI Chamber’s International Champions, Pinsent Masons, Grant Thornton and Queen’s University who will also be on hand to share expertise.

Speakers will cover:
• MJM Marine’s approach to managing a global workforce
• MJM Marine’s response to Covid
• The cultural and environmental issues of sending staff to a new location
• The cyber implications of a remote workforce
• Legal and tax considerations of a global workforce

This collaborative forum will provide the opportunity to network, connect and learn with other NI exporters, MJM Marine and NI Chamber International Champions. There will also be an opportunity for attendees to join roundtable discussions with our International Champions.
