Finding and retaining the right people with the right skills is a persistent challenge for employers in Northern Ireland. In the final part of our sub-series on ‘Building Inclusive Workplaces’, NI Chamber and NIE Networks will provide members with the opportunity to engage with experts on barriers to entering employment and helping people back to work.
Roisin Kelly, Advisory Services Officer at the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, will provide insight into barriers to enter the workplace and discuss what they are doing to help people into employment and support them in their place of work. Roisin will also share advice and available support for employers to develop their diversity and inclusion policy.
Michael Neill, Head of Office at A&L Goodbody, will share his organisation’s experience in its commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, what this has meant for staff, the benefits to the business in accessing skills and best practice.
