Since the end of October 2021, all NI businesses must submit import customs declarations via CDS (Customs Declaration Service). Previous CHIEF users will need technical training to allow them to successfully complete customs declarations.

This CDS training will help companies to submit a CDS import declaration successfully. The practical training course will be delivered virtually on Wednesday 21 September by NI Chamber’s expert accredited staff and will:
- Give delegates an overview of the NI Protocol and what it means for NI businesses
- Provide a practical walkthrough of the customs declaration process through CDS
- Understand CDS data requirements and learn how to use CDS effectively
- Understand common pitfalls
