NI Chamber and Bank of Ireland invite business and sales leaders to learn how other companies are successfully approaching collaboration, both within their own business operations and with other companies, to identify new business sales opportunities for sustainable growth.

Mark Lowry, CEO of The McAvoy Group, will discuss the company’s journey to achieve sustainable profitability by collaborating effectively with its supply chain and getting closer to the right customers. Mark will speak about the strategies that The McAvoy Group has employed to drive sales and maintain a competitive edge.

Fiona Bennington, Head of Entrepreneurship and Growth at Catalyst, will delve into first-hand experience of how she has successfully driven collaboration to develop new products in an agile way and to help competitors work together to win bigger. Fiona will also share how Catalyst supports business collaboration to promote growth and success.

At this event attendees will learn:
• How collaborating effectively with the right customers can build sustainable sales
• The importance of working closely with your supply chain to drive mutual benefit
• How an openness to collaboration with the wider business community will drive growth and opportunity

Places at this event are limited. Priority will be given to NI Chamber members who will clearly benefit from the shared learning.
