Neasa Quigley is Joint Head of Corporate at Carson McDowell, Northern Ireland’s largest independent law firm, which employs more than 230 people.

Neasa joined the firm as a Partner in 2010 and served as Senior Partner from 2019 to 2026, during which time the firm’s turnover increased by more than 50%.

With more than 25 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer in Dublin and Belfast, Neasa has built a strong reputation through extensive work on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and project finance transactions, with a particular focus on the energy and technology sectors.

Neasa is recognised by legal industry guides, Chambers UK and the Legal 500, as a key figure and is known for her outstanding transactional capabilities.
