As Chief Technology Officer for the company, Mark has responsibility for critical enterprise-wide functions supporting the business: Enterprise Architecture, Digital Product Management, Digital Experience, Software Engineering Excellence, IT Learning & Development, Cloud capabilities, and Core Infrastructure.
