This is an eight-week programme for SMEs navigating meaningful change who want greater clarity, alignment, and confidence in how that change is led and communicated. For example, you are:

  • Experiencing growth, transformation, or significant change
  • Introducing new structures, systems, or ways of working
  • Navigating change that impacts employees, customers, partners, or suppliers
  • Leading change without dedicated in-house change or communications expertise

How the programme works

The programme is delivered over 8 weeks and includes eight practical, focused 1:1 sessions (approx. 1 hour). Email and WhatsApp support is available between sessions for sense-checking, progress questions, and to help maintain
momentum between discussions. All aligned to achieving agreed outcomes.
