In March we will launch the next open ILM Level 5 Certificate course in Effective Workplace Coaching and Mentoring.
The course is delivered by Dorothy McKee and Paul Tracey who are both experienced coaches and mentors with in-depth knowledge of the tools, techniques and approaches to effective coaching and mentoring.

The participants on this experiential course are supported to develop skills as professional coaches and or mentors. The skills developed are the same skills required for effective leadership, effective listening, questioning, and feedback. Learners also become more self-aware and adopt proactive approaches to their ongoing development.
