It is a one-hour conversation where we look at the systems you run, where information moves between them by hand, and what could realistically be connected. You get a short written summary afterwards setting out what we found, what it would take to fix, and what we would tackle first.
No obligation and no sales pitch. If we think the problem is not worth solving, or that off-the-shelf software would do the job better than anything custom, we will say so. That is usually the more useful answer anyway.
