The Role
The Digital Marketing and Communications Officer will play a key role in delivering the Millennium Forum’s Digital and Social Media strategies. This role focuses on building brand visibility online, boosting ticket sales through data-led campaigns, and driving audiences to the Millennium Forum’s website.
Social Media

- Design written content, graphics, audio, video for social platforms, ensuring a consistent brand identity.
- Develop and deliver the Millennium Forum’s Digital & Social Media Plans.
- Manage digital campaigns across all platforms, including scheduling, engagement, and community management.
- Monitor and report on campaign budgets in consultation with the Development and Creative Engagement Manager.

- Manage the Millennium Forum’s website (Craft CMS), ensuring content is accurate, optimised and user-focused across all devices.
