The Utility Regulator has joined forces with organisations across Northern Ireland to pledge its support for Translink’s new Better on Board Charter.
The initiative was launched during the recent Driving the Future Today! event, held at Belfast Grand Central Station as part of Linen Quarter BID’s RE[act] Festival.
‘Better on Board’ is a movement to drive modal shift and signals an unprecedented collaborative response to achieving a cleaner, greener and healthier Northern Ireland where public transport is the first choice for travel.
The new initiative is a fantastic opportunity to promote the benefits of sustainable travel, which aligns with the Utility Regulator’s commitment to working collaboratively to achieve the NI Climate Change Act’s decarbonisation targets.
