The Foundation is leading a new research initiative designed to explore how employees across Ireland, the UK, and the US perceive their organisation’s purpose, culture, and readiness for change; with a particular focus on how employees and their organisations are responding to innovation, sustainability, and the rise of AI.
The survey, titled The People Advantage, aims to generate fresh insight for senior leaders and boards, helping them better understand how to unlock the power of people as a driver of transformation and growth.
The Foundation would like to invite all NI Chamber members to take part.
For organisations that wish to engage more deeply, The Foundation can provide a custom survey link, enabling them to receive their own anonymised results alongside comparative benchmarks drawn from the broader sample.
